Refund Policy
Clothes should feel right rather than tolerated. If a piece is not for you, send it back.
Your Right to Return
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with any tags still attached.
How to Start a Return
Email contact@harajuku-fashion.com with your order number and the reason. We reply with return instructions. Do not send anything back before contacting us — unannounced returns cannot be processed reliably.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered — in which case we cover it entirely.
Faulty or Misprinted Items
If a print is misaligned, damaged in transit, or wrong in any way, send us a photograph. We will replace it. You will not need to return the original.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional working days to appear.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Because each item is printed to order, we do not hold stock to exchange against. The fastest route is a return for refund followed by a new order in the size you want.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled before it enters production. Once printing has started the item exists only for you and cannot be cancelled — but the 30-day return right still applies on delivery.
