Shipping & Delivery
Everything on this site is printed after you order it. That changes the timeline compared with a shop that ships from a warehouse, so here is exactly how it works.
Free Shipping, Everywhere
Shipping is included in the price shown on the product page. There is no minimum order, no shipping option to select, and no delivery charge added at checkout or afterwards.
How Long It Takes
Your order goes into production once payment is confirmed. Printing takes 2 to 5 working days. Delivery takes a further 3 to 7 working days depending on destination.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend enter production on the following working day.
Items in the same order may be printed at different times and can arrive in separate parcels. You are never charged twice for this.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the press. Tracking information can take 24 to 72 hours to become active. See Track My Order.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders are printed and dispatched from facilities within the destination region wherever possible, which means most orders are not subject to customs charges. Where local authorities do apply import fees, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong or Undeliverable Address
Check your address carefully at checkout. Once an order has entered production it cannot be modified, because the item is being made specifically for you. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed; reshipping costs may apply.
Delays
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of confirmation, contact us and we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no charge, whichever you prefer.
