Track My Order

Last updated: 15 August 2026

Every order ships with tracking. Here is how to find yours and what the statuses mean.

Finding Your Tracking Number

It arrives by email when your parcel leaves the press, in a message titled "Your order is on its way". Check your spam folder before assuming it has not been sent.

If you created an account, tracking is also visible in your order history.

Nothing Yet?

Nothing here exists before you order it. Printing takes 2 to 5 working days, so there is no tracking number during that window. Once dispatched, the carrier's system can take a further 24 to 72 hours to show activity.

A tracking number that shows no movement for two days after dispatch is normal. One that shows no movement for seven days is not — contact us.

Reading the Status

  • In production — your item is being printed. No tracking yet.
  • Label created — dispatched, awaiting first carrier scan.
  • In transit — moving through the network.
  • Out for delivery — with the final carrier, arriving that day.
  • Delivered — check with neighbours and around the property before reporting a problem; carriers frequently leave parcels in safe places.

Still Stuck

Email contact@harajuku-fashion.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
